Chestnut Street (near 8th Street)
I am transferring to Sac State starting spring semester and I need someone to take over my lease in Chico starting January. I live on Chestnut Street in between 8th and 9th.
You would be living in the biggest bedroom of the house. There are two entry ways into the room- one that leads into the first living room while the other goes into the kitchen. The house is a three bedroom house with one very large bathroom. There are two living rooms, a "front room"/entry hallway, a laundry area with washer and dryer, a fully stocked kitchen (appliances, not food but that would be pretty awesome haha), and a medium size backyard with two bbqs. We have an upstairs area/attic that we use for storage and a "guest room". This room also leads out onto the roof for laying out when it's warm if you wanted to. The house is fully furnished so you wouldn't have to bring much.
My roommates are two sisters attending CSU Chico. One is a sophomore and one is a junior. Both are nice, studious, and clean people who like to party. We also have a Pomeranian named Milo. He is 9 years old and very house trained.

It is a two bedroom apartment that two other girls live in and share a room. There is only one bathroom. The other two girls are students and are clean. Can either be a boy or a girl. There is a pool and jaccuzzi, f stop bus line to the mu, j and g are down the street J goes to the silo. Cats are allowed with a 300 deposit. This is a really nice complex its very quiet and clean.
